704 is a reaper -- one who guides the dead to the afterworld. there is no hooded cloak or scythe imagery as commonly tied with western depictions. he appears by all offhand factors, human and unless your character is also of supernatural make/the situation calls for him to reveal otherwise, he will act as such. see link below for more information.
